and also have the opportunity to replace them at bargain prices. 20% of all sales will be donated to Cancer Research UK. (see
list for all categories accepted on the 'how the sale works' page
TO SELL - items for sale should be delivered to Esher College between
8.30-10.30am on Saturday 3rd MAY in cardboard boxes. WE HAVE TO RESTRICT EACH PERSON TO ONLY 2
BOXES PLUS LARGE TOYS AND EQUIPMENT.
All items should be clearly labelled with your name, price and age group. Please
ensure labels are secure - either sewn on or safety pinned (use sticky tape to attach labels to plastic). Anything loose
must be secured firmly eg toys with bits can be put in a shoe box with plastic stretched over for viewing. Games and puzzles
must be complete and sealed. Books bundled together using masking tape or string is ideal - they do not tear the book covers.
No need to register pre sale day. No jumble please
No individual items under £1.00 so put a few small items together
THIS IS NOT A JUMBLE SALE - a quality check will be made on all
items, anything unsuitable will not be displayed. This is our SPRING/SUMMER sale so
no unseasonal items please. The only footwear we can sell are activity shoes - such as football boots, dance/tap
shoes, 'jellies' and wellies - please don't send any others as people don't buy them and we don't have the time
to deal with them
UNSOLD ARTICLES - collect from the College on the same day
between 6.00-6.30pm. At this stage in the day we are too tired to cope with your uncollected goods so if you're going out
ask a friend to collect for you.
COLLECTION OF MONEY - money for articles sold MUST be collected
on THURSDAY 8th May from 62 Chestnut Avenue, Esher between
3.00-6.00pm 7.00-8.30pm
MONEY NOT COLLECTED THAT DAY IS ASSUMED A DONATION (in cases of emergency, alternative arrangements must be made with
Pat Farmiloe).
NEW HELPERS NEEDED - it is a rewarding day. We cannot continue to
run this sale without new helpers at all stages - phone Pat Farmiloe for information - we really are desperate for a
few more male helpers on the Friday (early evening) and Saturday from 4-7pm to help move tables - we feel completely drained
by this time!
